Gjelina patio/outdoor space buy out with multiple tables due to head count

For florals, please keep in the food is sent out family style, so table real estate will get filled up with several plates very quickly. If you are doing florals, I would suggest lower smaller arrangements. Smaller bud vases scattered would be ideal, but if you want smaller/ fuller arrangements I would do no more than 3- 4 (FOR ONE LONG TABLE). If we decide to split and do 2 tables of 15, then 6-8 smaller arrangements would do it between the 2 tables.

We usually push together anywhere from 6-8 four tops to make one long table.

Focus on the event (product launch, activation for new initiative, etc): Charitable partnership initiative launch party/kick off – we will be gifting some product and potential for a capsule preview if timing allows but both of those things would be secondary and not front & center- goal will be to outline our non profit partnership with Surfrider Foundation and our social impact plans for the year

-Current branding/color palette/theme - we will want things to be neutral/muted- below shows color directive from our Director for the branded product we’re giving away so safe to assume florals should stay in this some vein
